For Surrogates
Carrying a child for another family is one of the most generous, meaningful things one person can do for another.
If you have ever felt called to it, we would be honored to walk that road with you. Rocky Mountain Surrogacy was founded by a two-time gestational surrogate, and every part of our program is built around honoring, protecting, and supporting the women who say yes to this work.
Because we have been on your side of the journey. Tess Hine founded this agency after her own first surrogacy pregnancy, and that experience shapes everything we do — from how we screen intended parents, to how we structure your contract, to how quickly we answer the phone at 11 p.m. We stay boutique on purpose so your case manager always knows your name, your story, your doctor, and your due date.
You will have 24/7 access to our team, monthly support groups with other carriers, optional relaxation therapy, a maternity wardrobe stipend, thoughtful gifts at key milestones, and continued postpartum support after delivery. This is not a transactional relationship. It is a real one.
For the complete compensation and benefits package, visit Payment & Benefits.
Our most successful carriers are women who have had at least one healthy pregnancy of their own, are generally between 21 and 38, are non-smokers in a healthy BMI range, are U.S. citizens or lawful residents, and are emotionally and financially stable. If that sounds like you, take a look at the full Surrogate Qualifications.
If you think becoming a surrogate might be right for you, start with our short application. A member of our team will reach out within 24 hours for a private, no-pressure conversation about what the journey could look like for you and your family.
Our short application takes about ten minutes. We’ll call within 24 hours.
