Beyond agency fees and surrogate compensation, intended parents are also responsible for IVF and embryo transfer costs at their fertility clinic, the carrier’s medical insurance (or a surrogacy-specific policy), escrow management, and a few smaller third-party costs. We will provide a personalized total estimate during your consultation so there are no surprises.
