Rocky Mountain Surrogacy was built around a simple belief: intended parents deserve the same level of care, attention, and advocacy that their surrogates receive. Our founder, Tess Hine, was a gestational surrogate twice before starting this agency — so she understands the journey from both sides.

We keep our caseload intentionally small so that Tess can be your direct point of contact throughout the entire process. You won’t be handed to a coordinator after intake. You’ll have a real relationship with someone who has walked this path and genuinely cares about where you end up.

Our flat $17,500 agency fee covers:

• Surrogate matching and introduction
• Full psychological and background screening coordination
• Surrogate support groups facilitated by Tess throughout pregnancy
• Continuous case management and communication
• 24/7 availability for questions and emergencies
• Postpartum check-ins and surrogate support
• Guidance on legal, medical, and insurance coordination (with your independent counsel)
